1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating, accessing or using a PayFaster account through our website, Android application, iOS application or other supported channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies displayed on the platform.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create or use a PayFaster account.

2. Account Registration and Information

Users agree to provide accurate, complete and current registration information and to update information when reasonably required.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law and PayFaster's investigation and dispute procedures.

PayFaster may request additional information or verification where required for account security, fraud prevention, compliance or service delivery.

3. Account and Security Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your wallet security PINs and other account credentials.

Any transaction authorized using your account credentials may be deemed to have been executed by you, subject to applicable law and PayFaster's procedures for investigating unauthorized transactions.

If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you should promptly secure the account and contact official PayFaster support.

4. Transactions and Payment Instructions

You should review transaction details carefully before confirming a transaction. Once a transaction has been authorized, cancellation, reversal or refund may depend on the nature and status of the transaction and applicable service-provider rules.

Users must not knowingly initiate fraudulent, unauthorized, deceptive or unlawful transactions.

Transaction records, receipts and status information displayed through the platform should be retained where appropriate for your records.

5. Supported Services

Depending on availability, PayFaster may provide or facilitate services including airtime and data purchases, electricity and other bill payments, cable subscriptions, transfers, airtime-to-cash services, POS or other payment-related services.

Specific services, providers, fees, limits, availability and processing times may change. Third-party service providers may also apply their own terms and requirements.

6. Cashback and Promotional Rewards

Where PayFaster offers cashback or promotional rewards, eligibility, qualifying transactions, reward amounts, limits and expiry conditions will be determined by the applicable promotion.

PayFaster may modify, suspend or discontinue a promotional offer where permitted by law and the applicable promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use PayFaster to:

• conduct fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activities;
• impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information;
• interfere with the security, availability or operation of the platform;
• attempt unauthorized access to another account or system;
• use the platform in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

8. Service Availability and Liability

PayFaster aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that every service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, banking or payment-system issues, security incidents, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside PayFaster's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Suspension and Termination

PayFaster may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, violation of these Terms, suspected unlawful activity or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate, users may be required to complete verification or provide information before access is restored.

10. Changes to these Terms

PayFaster may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be published on this page with a revised effective or update date. Continued use of the platform after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
